Welcome to AccAllFlow. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services at AccAllFlow. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Service

AccAllFlow provides seamless all-flow accounting automation services, as well as informational products and physical goods designed to improve operational efficiency. These Terms apply to all services, products, and goods offered by AccAllFlow.

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using our solutions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees for services, informational products, and goods are provided on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due upon order placement or as otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

The following terms govern refunds and transfers of purchased services, informational products, and goods.

4.1 Services

AccAllFlow services are delivered through automated workflows and custom integrations. You may request a refund within 14 days of the start date if deliverables have not been provided. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to transfer your service credits to another service of equal value.

Certain advanced configurations or bespoke integrations are delivered immediately upon project kickoff. These items are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated. AccAllFlow will provide clear notice at purchase for such items.

4.2 Informational Products

Our informational products include digital guides, templates, and tutorials. You may request a refund within 7 days of download if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Transfers to another informational product are possible if requested within the refund window.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods sold through AccAllFlow can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges or credit transfers to other goods are available upon request.

5. Changes and Postponements

You may request to reschedule or postpone a service engagement with at least 5 business days' notice. AccAllFlow will accommodate changes subject to resource availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccAllFlow will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, products, or goods.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
